Guy Podjarny (@guypod) is a web researcher and entrepreneur, constantly aiming to make the web faster and safer. Guy is currently cofounder at Snyk.io, focusing on securing open source code. He was previously CTO at Akamai and founder of Blaze.io (acquired by Akamai). Prior to that, Guy led dev and product for the first web app firewall & security code analyzer. Guy is a frequent conference speaker, the author of "Responsive & Fast” and the creator of Mobitest, a mobile performance testing agent.

Mixæl Swan Laufer worked in mathematics and high energy physics until he decided to use his background in science to tackle problems of global health and human rights. Perpetually disruptive, he continues to work to make it possible for people to manufacture their own medications at home.

Charles Blauner is Operating Partner and CISO in Residence at Team8. He is a Venture Advisor at the Cyber Mentor Fund as well as the President of Cyber Aegis, a boutique cyber risk management consultancy. Charles Blauner is an internationally recognized expert independent advisor on Cyber Resiliency, Information Security Risk Management and Data Privacy. Previously, Charles had a distinguished career working on Information Security for over 30 years, 25 years in Financial Services, including being the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, and most recently the Global Head of Information Security at Citi. During this time, Charles held numerous industry leadership roles including Chair of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC), founding Director of the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), and the Chair of the OpenGroup’s Security Program. Charles has worked closely with banking regulators around the world (OCC, FRB, BoE, MAS, and HKMA) to help reduce the risk posed by cyber threats to the financial sector at large.

Charles is a regular conference speaker and has had the honor of appearing in front of US House and Senate committees.
In 2015, Charles was recognized by his peers, winning the Wasserman Award, which recognizes outstanding career achievement and contribution to the Information Systems Audit, Control, Security, Risk Management, and/or Governance professions.

Charles has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California (USC) and a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

Barbara Kluge is Deputy Director General Cyber and Information Security (CI).at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Building and Community. Previously, she was head of unit for weapons and explosives law.
M s. Kluge is a lawyer by education. She has been working in the Federal Ministry of the Interior in various functions since 2001, including in the areas of biometrics, organized crime and the fight against terrorism. In 2009, she served as personal assistant to Ms. Cornelia Rogall-Grothe, then State Secretary and Federal Government Commissioner for Information Technology. Afterwards she was head of unit of the cabinet department and of the Minister´s office.
 

Since early 2018 Hudi Zack is leading the Technology Unit in INCD, in charge of all the R&D activities in the directorate. Hudi brings to INCD over 30 years of experience in leading Hi-tech business and technology organizations, demonstrating both strategic and execution excellence.

Before joining INCD, Hudi was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cytegic, a Cyber-Security start-up. Before Cytegic, Hudi founded and led the Cyber activity of Verint (NASDAQ – VRNT). Prior to his tenure in Verint, Hudi filled key senior positions in some of the leading Israeli high-tech companies, including Amdocs (NYSE-DOX) where he served as the Division President of the Billing Product Unit. Prior to Amdocs, Hudi was the COO of Metalink (NASDAQ – MTLK), a fabless semiconductor company.

Hudi holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University (Summa Cum Laude) and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (Cum Laude, as a member of Talpiot program).

Over 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record in building successful security products and growing the business. Udi Served as Vice President of Products at ThetaRay leading the company’s big data analytics security solutions protecting critical infrastructure and financial institutions. Prior, Udi headed Check Point’s cloud/virtualization and advanced threat prevention product lines, battling next generation cyber threats, with annual revenues of over $200M. Previously, Mr. Solomon held pivotal product and business development roles at SanDisk, Alvarion and AGT/3i-MIND where he led the development of IIoT security solutions to protect large-scale industrial facilities. Mr. Solomon holds an MBA from the Technion University and a BSc in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Acting Director of Directorate CNECT H, Digital Society, Trust and Cybersecurity and Head of Unit 'Cybersecurity and Digital Privacy Policy' within the European Commission (Directorate-General Communication Networks, Content and Technology). Among others, involved in negotiations of the Cybersecurity Act, implementation of the Network and Information Security (NIS) Directive, preparation of the Commission’s Recommendation for a common EU approach to the security of 5G networks, the EU cyber-security strategy's actions on resilience and cooperation with the EU Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA). He also directly contributed to the production of the EU Cybersecurity Strategy.

Ilia leads an Adversarial Tactics team focused on offensive security. Ilia brings more than 10 years of offensive cyber security experience, including penetration testing, red and purple team engagements, threat modeling, vulnerability research, and tool development. He has designed and led custom-tailored offensive security projects designed to stress test systems and configurations, identify vulnerabilities ahead of attacks, and to train organizations within security operation centers. Before joining Sygnia, Ilia led a team of forensic experts in the Israeli CERT, where he was responsible for developing and implementing digital forensics and incident response infrastructures.  Previously, he served as an officer in the IDF, where he was an incident response team leader.

Oleg is a member of the Adversarial Tactics team, delivering offensive security support for organizations. Oleg is a cyber security expert with more than 7 years’ offensive and defensive cyber security experience. His technical expertise ranges from the development of offensive security tools to security research and analysis. At Sygnia, Oleg brings his special orientation to researching security tools and performing infrastructure attack simulations and red-team activities, which enable him to assess security, identify vulnerabilities and support organizations seeking to enhance resilience. Before joining Sygnia, Oleg was a security researcher at CyberArk, researching domain network protocols and a variety of security solutions.
